RH & Company: Executive AI Portrait Session Service Policies

1. Digital Product & Refund Policy

All "Executive AI Portrait Sessions" are classified as custom digital services. Due to the immediate allocation of AI processing resources and the nature of digital file delivery:

• All sales are final. * No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the "seed" photo has been submitted or the generation process has begun.

2. AI Generation & Artistic Representation

This service utilizes Generative Artificial Intelligence to create professional representations of the client.

• Likeness: While the AI is trained to maintain the client's likeness, variations in facial symmetry, skin tone, and hair texture may occur.

• Attire & Background: Environmental elements and clothing are AI-generated and may not perfectly mirror real-world garments.

• Selection: We provide 30 distinct variations to ensure a high probability of professional satisfaction. RH & Company does not guarantee that every single variation will be a perfect likeness.

3. Client Submission Requirements

The quality of the final output is contingent upon the quality of the "seed" photo provided by the client.

• Clients are required to follow the "One-Photo Success Guide" regarding lighting and positioning.

• If a submission is of such low quality that it would result in a poor output, RH & Company will contact the client for a resubmission. This may extend the 48-hour delivery window.

4. Privacy & Data Usage

Your privacy is paramount to RH & Company.

• Image Usage: Your "seed" photo and generated gallery are used exclusively for the fulfillment of your order.

• Storage: We do not maintain a permanent database of your likeness. All source images and generated galleries are purged from our primary generation servers 30 days after delivery.

• Marketing: RH & Company will never use your portraits for marketing or social media without your explicit, written permission.

5. Delivery Timeline

While we strive for a 48-hour delivery, this timeline begins from the moment a viable seed photo is received, not from the moment of payment. Technical outages or high demand may occasionally cause minor delays.
